Items sold are not refundable/exchangeable with another unless DEFECTIVE.

Delivery

We shall not be held liable for any lost/damaged items during delivery. Any matters pertaining lost/damaged items during delivery should be forwarded to the national postage service of Malaysia (POS Malaysia). Members can opt for two types of delivery :

A) Postage (Items will be delivered through POS Malaysia to your doorstep or any address of your choice)

B) Cash on Delivery (Members can pick the items up from the Clubhouse after payment)

IMPORTANT - Members will be quoted for the exact postage fee.

Payment

A) Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) - Mr. Low Kong Ming (012-630 6119)

Interested parties can met Mr. Low to purchase the merchandise.

B) Postal Order/Money Order

Postal order can be purchased at POS Malaysia. It must be issued in correct amount and made payable to "MBSKL Alumni Association".

C) Cheque

Payable to "MBSKL Alumni Association".

D) Bank-in transfer (Acc No 3154151311 Public Bank)

Proof of purchase must be presented before items are released.
