The Methodist Boys' School Kuala Lumpur Alumni Association (MBSalumni) is now hiring an Executive Secretary with the following skills and capabilities:

- Detail oriented.
- Works effectively, independently and to deadlines.
- Highly organised and able to multi-task and effectively prioritize.
- Reliable and responsible.
- Excellent written communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office.
- Team player with a flexible, ‘can-do’ outlook.
- Readily takes initiative.

You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Association, which includes:

1. overseeing administrative matters, including the management of the staff and assets of the Association;

2. planning, implementing and coordinating various events and/or programmes of the Association;

3. coordinating the communications tools and media assets of the Association, including the website, the newsletter and social media of the Association;

4. maintaning the membership database as well as developing the members' benefit system; and

5. taking instructions from the President, Deputy President and/or Honorary Secretary of the Association.

The expected salary will depend on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
